I’ve worked with Mac during my assignment at a large global client. At this time, we’ve been dealing with a large scale, yet speedy implementation of a new digital solution for their customer care organization. Mac was our digital guru and evangelist – I was very impressed by his visionary skills on both the customer perspective and digital practices. Yet he was able to transform it into a practical view that showed a clear approach how to achieve the benefits that wait at the end of the digital journey. What was even more outstanding from my perspective, was his ability with connect (with) people. That is a great and powerful asset that I am sure some of us envy him for. I have no doubt that Mac will continue to play a key role in the ongoing and upcoming challenges all around the digital world and it will be a pleasure to work with him again.
